Terms of Service

By using Carrello ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

What Carrello does

Carrello generates personalized weekly meal plans using AI and helps you build a grocery list. With a Pro subscription, Carrello can push grocery items to your connected Kroger-banner store cart. Items are added to your cart for your review — no purchases are made automatically. You remain in full control of your cart and any purchasing decisions.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use Carrello
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• One account per person — do not share accounts

Free and Pro plans

Carrello offers a free plan and a Pro plan at $8/month.

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

Kroger cart integration

• By connecting your Kroger account, you authorize Carrello to add items to your cart on your behalf
• Carrello does not make purchases — you must complete checkout in the Kroger app or website
• You can disconnect your Kroger account at any time from Settings
• Carrello is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kroger
• Product availability, pricing, and substitutions are determined by Kroger, not Carrello

AI-generated content

• Meal plans are generated by AI and are intended as suggestions, not medical or nutritional advice
• If you have serious dietary restrictions, allergies, or health conditions, consult a medical professional
• We cannot guarantee AI-generated meal plans will be free of ingredients that conflict with your restrictions — always review your meal plan before shopping

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Carrello for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to spam or abuse third-party APIs

Limitation of liability

Carrello is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to incorrect grocery orders, missed meals, or AI-generated content that does not meet your expectations.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of Carrello after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
